Media Centre
Founded in 1919, Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity specialising in the care of Veterans' mental health. We have supported almost 100,000 ex-Service men and women of every campaign that British forces have been involved in since the First World War.
We have a current caseload of more than 5,000 Veterans, including 589 who served in Iraq and 228 who served in Afghanistan. Our youngest Veteran is just 18 years old.
We're always happy to help the media in any way that we can. Please contact the Press Office for:
-
Our comments on relevant news stories. Please note that we are a non-political charity and do not comment on issues regarding serving personnel
-
Case studies of Veterans receiving help from Combat Stress
-
Interviews with spokespeople
-

-
Copies of studies and reports on Veterans' mental health conditions.
