Volunteer fundraising
With an ever increasing pressure on our limited resources, Combat Stress is always in need of volunteer fundraisers to work alongside our Community Fundraising Team. Volunteering for clinical work
For ethical and practical reasons Combat Stress has a policy of not appointing volunteer clinical staff.
Honorary clinical contracts are sometimes awarded to a limited number of senior clinicians who have particular clinical expertise that Combat Stress requires. These individuals will usually be experts in their clinical field. Their main function would be to advise the charity and the Medical Director in particular.
If they are to come into clinical contact with patients, their appointment will follow the normal channels as for regular employees.
