An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced manager as Head of Clinical Services /Registered Manager at Hollybush House our short stay Treatment Centre based in Ayrshire
As the Head of Clinical Service you will ensure that the highest possible standards of treatment, care and support are delivered to our Veterans. You will ensure effective implementation of specialist treatment programmes and lead, motivate and manage a multi-professional team of approximately 60 staff. You will be responsible for the implementation of clinical governance within the treatment centre and will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
You must be a qualified mental health nurse with a strong management background, excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills, a track record in successfully managing change and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Ideally you should have Leadership and Management for Care Service, SVQ level 4.
