Occupational therapy can help to identify what matters to you, by giving you the chance to find something you like doing, either again or for the first time.
We understand that mental health problems can be a challenge. Occupational therapy is a key part of your recovery as it encourages you to take part in activities you enjoy and try new things.
We look at what you do on a day-to-day basis over a week and see how you divide your time between productivity, self-care and leisure. In an ideal world you have an equal split between these areas. We work work with you to see where changes can be made.
Occupational therapists are based at each of our treatment centres and in our community teams across the UK.
