Strategy
We announced a new five-year strategy at our AGM on 20 September 2017.
We propose making some changes so we can meet the continuing demand for our services from former servicemen and women.
We plan to make it easier for former servicemen and women to be assessed and get access to our treatment and support programmes.
We are also planning to introduce new non-residential modular treatment programmes to fit around veterans’ work and family life. This means the number of residential beds at our treatment centres will be reduced to release resources to run these new programmes.
We propose to start the first phase of these proposals this winter by making changes in our central region, and how we run our Helpline and triage services, following a consultation with employees.
